The Role
We are looking for a highly strategic, business-savvy Chief of Staff to work alongside our CEO. This role is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of executive decision-making, helping drive company priorities forward while operating as a thought partner, strategist, and execution powerhouse. Whether aligning cross-functional teams, distilling complex problems, or ensuring that the CEO is always focused on what matters most, your job is to help Aarki operate at peak performance.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO's right hand - supporting with strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
- Own the CEO's operating rhythm: run leadership meetings, prepare materials, track decisions, and ensure follow-ups.
- Conduct analysis and research that informs business decisions, distilling key insights for the executive team.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on company goals and clear blockers.
- Help triage incoming requests and protect CEO bandwidth - ensure we're always focused on what matters most.
- Lead special projects across the org, often with low clarity but high stakes.
- Be the cultural amplifier of Aarki's DNA - hold a high bar for excellence, urgency, and impact.
Skills & Experience
- MBA or equivalent business acumen with a strong foundation in strategy, operations, or management consulting.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in ad tech or mobile performance marketing is required
- Exceptionally sharp and organized; able to juggle competing priorities while staying three steps ahead.
- Highly analytical, able to break down problems and communicate insights with clarity.
- A trusted partner - discreet, thoughtful, and comfortable handling sensitive information.
- Self-directed and proactive, with an "own it" mentality.
- Obsessed with outcomes - constantly pushing toward progress and action.
- Thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments where speed and precision matter.
