Role Overview

  • In the newly created role as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at NFQ Asia, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales operations across Vietnam, Thailand, Germany, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.
  • You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping the company's business strategy, and managing a high-performance sales team.
  • In addition, you will oversee our consulting team, which is divided into two parts: Industry Consulting and Partnerships, and our Deep Tech Consulting team. This position ideally will be based in Ho Chi Minh but Singapore, Bangkok are also possible.

In this role, you will

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the sales teams across Vietnam, Thailand, Germany, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia, ensuring consistency in performance and client satisfaction.
  • Consulting Oversight: Manage the consulting team, including Industry Consulting, Partnerships, and our Deep Tech Consulting team.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging segments to ensure NFQ stays ahead of the competition.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to set sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content production, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare proposals, respond to tenders, and regularly report on sales performance to senior management. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Strategic Influence: Help shape the company’s long-term strategy based on your industry insights and experience, particularly regarding scaling operations and expanding into new markets.
  • Mentorship & Development: Foster growth and development within your teams, providing mentorship and guidance to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
