ABOUT US

IPRoyal is a proxy infrastructure company with around 150 people. Our teams work from Lithuania, the Philippines, Spain, the US, and other countries.
We are looking for a Chief People Officer to lead our HR function. The foundations are in place. There is a capable team, a working HRIS, and clear policies. There is also a lot still to build, and you will own where the function goes next.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead and develop the HR team, and own the long-term HR roadmap
  • Build our learning and development offering, including career frameworks and leadership development
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and to management on organizational design, performance, and difficult people decisions
  • Own compensation and benefits, including salary bands and benchmarking
  • Run the performance review cycle end to end, and continue our work on manager enablement
  • Oversee Lithuanian employment law compliance, in partnership with external counsel
  • Keep HiBob accurate as our system of record, and continue improving HR process automation
  • Drive AI enablement across the company: build the skills and confidence people need to use AI well in their work, and apply it inside HR where it genuinely improves how we operate
  • Sit on the leadership team as a full member, shaping business planning and organizational priorities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong experience leading an People team, and building and developing HR strategy
  • Proven track record building learning and development from scratch, including skills or competency frameworks, and able to show how an L&D investment changed a business metric
  • Experience leading an international team and supporting employees outside of Lithuania
  • Strong working knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code, applied in practice rather than in theory
  • Hands-on experience with compensation structures, salary banding, and benchmarking
  • Experience in a scaleup or a fast-moving tech environment, where decisions are made quickly
  • Confidence advising senior stakeholders, including the ability to disagree well
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English, written and spoken
  • Comfort with HR systems and data. We use HiBob, Confluence, and Jira
  • Practical experience using AI in an HR or L&D context, and a clear view of where it helps and where it does not

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Real ownership: Lead the HR function for a global team, with the authority to make decisions.
  • Visible impact: Work on initiatives that directly shape how the company hires, grows, and retains people.
  • Builder culture: Fast decisions, low bureaucracy, and a high-trust environment.
  • Learning & growth: Opportunity to work on complex people challenges and grow alongside a scaling global platform.
  • Resources to Win: Budgets for tools, wellness, and professional growth - plus support for work equipment and other essentials.
  • Exclusive Perks: Enjoy a range of benefits, from snacks and performance bonuses to team workations and special company experiences.
  • Salary range: €5,500 – €7,000 gross / month, depending on experience; negotiable for the right candidate.

Skills Required

  • Strong experience leading a People team and building and developing HR strategy
  • Proven experience building learning and development programs from scratch, including skills or competency frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to show how learning and development investments changed a business metric
  • Experience leading an international team and supporting employees outside Lithuania
  • Strong working knowledge of the Lithuanian Labour Code applied in practice
  • Hands-on experience with compensation structures, salary banding, and benchmarking
  • Experience in a scaleup or fast-moving technology environment
  • Confidence advising senior stakeholders and constructively challenging decisions
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, written and spoken
  • Comfort working with HR systems and data, including HiBob, Confluence, and Jira
  • Practical experience using AI in an HR or learning and development context
