Leads the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, risk management, cash flow, and capital planning. Partners with commercial and operations teams to improve pricing, margins, inventory turnover, cost efficiency, and profitability across retail, wholesale, and distribution divisions.  Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
 Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification, and revenue/expense management.

 Monitor key business metrics such as sales per store, SKU profitability, inventory days, and credit cycles.
 Implement cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across supply chain and distribution functions.
 Oversee financial systems implementation and data integrity in ERP and POS environment
    Risk Management & Compliance
 Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
 Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, regulatory compliance, and audit requirements.
 Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
 Oversee insurance, credit control, and debt management policies. 5. Strategic Growth & Investment
 Evaluate new business opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
 Conduct financial due diligence and support capital investment decisions.
 Drive initiatives for business expansion, digital transformation, and profitability enhancement.
 Manage capital structure, fundraising, and investor relations where applicable.
