ZeroIgnition Technologies (HK) Co., Ltd. (the Company) is a deep-tech enterprise engineering next-generation, integrated smart fire protection and gas detection monitoring solutions tailored specifically for semiconductor cleanrooms. By fusing deep expertise in cleanroom electrical infrastructure and piping design with intelligent monitoring, ZeroIgnition creates unified safety ecosystems that identify hazards at the earliest pre-incident stages.

The Company aims to dramatically lower cleanroom false alarm rates, shorten emergency response times, and provide equipment-level autonomous safety intervention for high-value manufacturing operations.

We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to build and lead our global finance function. Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and institutional investors, the CFO will take full ownership of financial governance, regulatory compliance, investor reporting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

You will be instrumental in establishing bulletproof internal controls, managing cap tables, preparing the company for future capital rounds, and ensuring multi-jurisdictional tax and regulatory compliance.

• Investor Relations & Board Reporting: Manage transparent financial communications, board packages, cap table updates, and quarterly performance reporting to existing VC/PE investors and stakeholders.

• Financial Compliance & Governance: Lead local and international financial compliance, statutory audits, transfer pricing, and tax structuring across Hong Kong, mainland China, Southeast Asia, and the US.

• Financial Planning & Strategy (FP&A): Direct budgeting, cash flow forecasting, unit economics modelling, and capital allocation for experimental labs, R&D projects, and global expansion.

• Fundraising & Exit Readiness: Partner with the CEO to support future equity/debt financing rounds, manage investor due diligence, and construct financial architecture tailored for future liquidity/exit scenarios.

• Operational Control: Establish enterprise financial systems, internal audit processes, vendor management protocols, and cross-border payment structures.

• Big 4 Background (Mandatory): Early-career foundation in audit, transaction services, or tax at a Big 4 accounting firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, or PwC).

• Start-Up Experience (Mandatory): A minimum of 5 years of hands-on finance leadership in a high-growth startup or venture-backed tech/hardware company.

• Compliance & Reporting Mastery: Proven track record of handling complex multi-jurisdictional investor reporting, compliance, and corporate structuring.

• Professional Qualification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent credential.

• Cross-Border Expertise: Familiarity with Hong Kong, Greater China, Southeast Asia, or US financial regulations, tax, and reporting standards.

• Location: Based in or open to relocating to Hong Kong.

• Base Salary: $150,000 USD per annum.
