Job Description :

The Business Managing Director is responsible for leading the excellence of the delivery of the services the Agency provides to their Local clients. S/He is ultimately responsible for the relationship with the client, growing their business using our Mx System.

The Chief of Creative Services is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the creative operations of Havas Village, ensuring high-quality output, strong client partnerships, and sustainable business performance. This role bridges creative vision with operational execution, driving collaboration across the Village and contributing to both client retention and business growth.

Mission & Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee creative operations,
  • Act as a senior client leader, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring business continuity
  • Drive business stability and growth, supporting long-term client partnerships
  • Actively contribute to new business and pitch processes
  • Provide inspirational team leadership
  • Enable effective collaboration across Havas Village, ensuring integrated, cross-functional ways of working
  • Ensure strong financial awareness, balancing creative ambition with commercial realities
  • Maintain quality control across all deliverables
  • Act as a key stakeholder in aligning creative output with strategic business objectives

Profile

  • 10–15+ years of experience in an agency environment
  • Proven background in integrated agencies
  • Strong track record in senior client leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and team development
  • Solid experience in pitching and new business acquisition
  • Strong focus on quality control and creative excellence
  • Good understanding of financials and business performance
  • High level of political awareness and stakeholder management
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
