How You’ll Make an Impact
- Owning statutory accounting, governance, internal controls, and audit/tax interactions
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team; promoting accountability and continuous improvement
- Leading full close cycles. Monthly/quarterly/annual; ensures accuracy and completeness
- Overseeing and checking all balance sheet reconciliations. (intercompany, AP/AR, bank, accruals, prepayments)
- Ensuring the preparation of statutory financials per local GAAP. Ensuring full compliance
- Preparing/providing data for VAT, CIT, WHT; cooperating with Corporate Tax, external advisors, and authorities
- Primary audit liaison, managing full audit cycle
- Developing, implementing, and enhancing internal controls and local accounting policies
- Driving process optimization
- Working with Treasury, Controlling, Corporate Finance, FP&A and business stakeholders
What Makes You a Great Fit
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- ACCA qualification or equivalent professional certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience gained in international environment
- Experience in leading teams
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced level of English.
