The Role

We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service via online chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.

*   Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
*   Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Qualifications:

*   Strong problem-solving abilities.
