We are seeking a Vice President–level Product Manager to own a key portion of the delivery agenda for the Managed Account Servicing workstream across Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management (CWM), and International Private Bank (IPB). This role will drive disciplined execution across high-visibility initiatives with complex cross-functional dependencies (business, technology, data, reporting, and controls), ensuring continuity, risk reduction, and consistent decision-making through critical milestones.
Managed Account Servicing underpins core advisor operating workflows, supporting 2M+ workflows annually, enabling the migration of ~1.4M accounts to ConnectWealth, and advancing the path to UMA through 2027—directly impacting advisor experience and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide autonomous, VP-level delivery leadership for the Servicing roadmap across multiple high-visibility initiatives (e.g., CWM/PB UMA, Transition expansion, Phase In, Service Global Ops model, new strategy launches, GSTP automation).
- Own end-to-end workstream delivery across multiple teams, including delivery strategy, operating cadence, governance, and integrated planning.
- Build and maintain an integrated plan across business, technology, data, reporting, and controls; manage cross-team dependencies, sequencing, and critical-path execution.
- Drive requirements definition and acceptance criteria in partnership with product, technology, operations, and control partners; ensure clarity of scope, priorities, and success metrics.
- Lead delivery execution through sprint planning, development, testing/UAT, release readiness, cutover planning (as applicable), and post-release stabilization.
- Ensure production readiness and delivery quality, including issue/risk management, escalation paths, decision logs, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide leadership coverage and continuity for Servicing team leads.
- Support business-critical programs at scale across:
- Private Bank: Deliver advisor workflows and servicing capabilities aligned to USPB UMA and the path to UMA in 2027, while supporting the broader USPB roadmap (e.g., Transition expansion, Phase In).
- CWM: Enable the migration of ~1.4M accounts from legacy platforms to ConnectWealth, including advisor, operations, and client communications.
- IPB: Expand Servicing as a strategic global platform supporting ~2,000 advisors, including readiness for the Service Global Ops model and new strategy launches
