Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a Charter Coordinator who’s equal parts relationship-builder, problem-solver, and creative thinker. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and want to help shape the future of our growing charter department, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll be the go-to person for planning trips with the Hopkins School District. That means:

Sales & Customer Care

• Respond quickly to phone, email, and web inquiries

• Book trips using our reservation system

• Follow up after trips to ensure customer satisfaction

Trip Planning & Coordination

• Customize itineraries to fit customer needs

• Communicate trip details with drivers and tour guides

• Double-check all bookings for accuracy and smooth execution

Operations Support

• Scheduling drivers to trips

• Available to help in dispatch and operations as needed

• Be willing to obtain a CDL Class B license and drive occasionally (We train, don't worry!)

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• A customer-first mindset with solid problem-solving skills

• Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn industry software

• A creative, team-oriented approach to sales and marketing

• Flexibility to travel for events when needed
