- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RVT) credential
- AE or RCS credential
- 2+ years vascular experience, preferably working with a vascular surgeon
- Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to specialty
- Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
- Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

- Team Member Training: Oversee the training and development of clinical team members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Direct IT tickets for equipment maintenance and ensure that all imaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
- Daily Quality Assurance: Conduct daily quality assurance checks in the clinic to ensure both client and team satisfaction with the services provided.
- Back-Office Support: Provide support to the clinical team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Lead Morning Huddle: Lead the morning huddle with sonographers and technical assistants to review the upcoming clinical schedule, highlight training or development initiatives, and address any concerns.
- Manage Clinical Workflow: Strategically manage the clinical workflow, including staggering lunches, relieving team members as needed, and ensuring clinic efficiency and meeting daily operational needs.
- Client and Staff Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for doctors, nurses, sonographers, and scheduling staff, representing BB Imaging in a positive and professional manner.
- Liaison Role: Serve as the liaison between the Director of Regional Services, People & Culture, and the clinical team, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
