As a technical Software Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a small team of engineers who design and build Rest API’s for our award winning CommBank App and be hands on coding for the role. With a true passion for people, you will empower, support and guide your team, providing clear direction in times of ambiguity and investing in individual career development strategies.

Tech skills:
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team!
