Roles & Responsibilities:The primary purpose of the role is to build high performing web platform teams. To continuously improve the web products with best engineering solutions.
- Set up digital engineering teams which consists of squads delivering products & initiatives aligning to bank's Strategic and business objectives.
- Establish a functional and seamless operating model that operates efficiently.
- Create empowered teams with decision making autonomy by providing leadership and clear direction that empowers squad members to deliver on priorities, outcomes and tasks.
- Deliver product with technical change aligned with the bank's strategic priorities.
- Ensures Compliance with the bank's change and delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Review and approve cost estimates at various stages of the delivery lifecycle.
- Support incident resolution and ensure collaborative and open post incident review and root cause analysis.
- Work with bank and partner stakeholders to ensure appropriately skilled resources are in place.
Essential Skills:
- 14+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of leadership experience with AWS mandatory
- .NET Technologies
- Software architecture with modern patterns and practices
- Front End Web Development
- Awareness of the following Software Development Concepts: -REST and API Development
- CI/CD, DevOps, TDD and BDD
- Micro-services Architecture
- Secure Coding Practices
