Friday 7:30am-12:00pm

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Chaperone and Assist During Patient Examinations (70%) • Remain in the examination room during sensitive exams, including annual gynecological examinations and vaginal swab procedures, to provide patient support and act as a clinical chaperone. • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and effective communication between the patient and physician throughout the examination.

2. Assist Physicians During Clinical Procedures (70%) • Provide physicians with required instruments, supplies, and specimen containers during procedures such as hysteroscopies and intrauterine device (IUD) insertions. • Prepare procedure rooms and support efficient workflows to ensure procedures are completed safely and effectively.

3. Clean, Sanitize, and Restock Examination Rooms (100%) • Clean and disinfect examination rooms after each patient visit in accordance with infection control standards. • Replenish medical supplies, instruments, and equipment to ensure exam rooms are fully stocked and ready for patient care.

4. Maintain Patient Confidentiality and Regulatory Compliance (100%) • Protect patient privacy by maintaining strict confidentiality of all patient information and clinical interactions. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and Duly Health and Care policies, including accessing only records required to perform job duties and safeguarding protected health information.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $16.35- $24.52/ hour, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
