Role Overview
We're looking for a Partner Manager to build, manage, and grow Zuper's ecosystem of technology, solution, and reseller partners. In this role, you'll own partner relationships from recruitment and onboarding through enablement and growth, ensuring partners are engaged, equipped, and driving measurable business outcomes.
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to develop joint go-to-market strategies, launch integrations, and accelerate partner-led revenue.

What You'll Do
Build and grow strategic partnerships
  • Own partner relationships across the entire lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to growth and expansion.
  • Develop joint business plans, execute quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and identify opportunities to strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive, business, and technical stakeholders across partner organizations.
  • Identify and recruit new technology, solution, and reseller partners aligned with Zuper's growth strategy.
Drive partner enablement
  • Lead partner onboarding, enablement, and certification programs to ensure partner success.
  • Equip partners with the knowledge, training, and resources required to position and sell Zuper's AI-powered field service management platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver technical enablement and integration support.
  • Create and maintain partner documentation, playbooks, sales assets, and enablement materials.
Execute partner go-to-market initiatives
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, webinars, product launches, events, marketplace listings, and customer success stories.
  • Partner with Sales to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Support co-selling initiatives and help partners identify new customer opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional GTM activities to ensure successful partner launches and ongoing engagement.
Drive partner business growth
  • Build and execute partner growth plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Track partner performance across pipeline, adoption, certifications, customer acquisition, and revenue metrics.
  • Analyze partner performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize partner success.
  • Share partner feedback and market insights with Product and Leadership to influence product roadmap and partnership strategy.

What We're Looking For
  • 4–7 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel Management, Business Development, or Partner Success within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Experience managing technology, solution, integration, or reseller partners.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and partner ecosystems.
  • Curiosity for AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking partner KPIs, pipeline, adoption, and revenue performance.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Skills Required
