Summary of Job

Drive activation, adoption, and revenue penetration within Lumistry’s integration and channel partner ecosystems. This role focuses on enabling partners, coordinating joint programs, and activating their existing customer base. You will own partner lifecycle execution, integration alignment, and co-marketing/co-sell motions that convert partner relationships into ARR.

This is a highly cross-functional operator role that blends Partner Activation, Program Operations, and Partner Success.

Description of Job Duties
  • Partner Activation & Enablement
Onboard new partners into the Lumistry Partner Program; train them on positioning, demoing, co-selling, and implementation workflows to ensure rapid time-to-productivity.
  • Partner Program Operations
Manage day-to-day execution of the Partner Program - tiers, benefits, certification, deal registration, governance, and program communications. Maintain the Partner Portal, enablement assets, and certification pathways.
  • Partner Performance Management
Monitor partner activity, pipeline hygiene, deal registration quality, co-marketing participation, and enablement completion. Build scorecards, dashboards, and QBR rhythms to improve partner output.
  • Co-Sell & Revenue Execution
Drive sourced and influenced pipeline from existing partners by operationalizing playbooks and co-sell motions with Sales. Ensure partners are aligned, engaged, and jointly executing on ARR targets.
  • Partner Success & Lifecycle Management
Ensure partners have what they need to win with Lumistry - playbooks, positioning, demos, integration guidance, and issue escalation pathways. Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and performance plans.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with Product/Engineering to ensure partners are aware of roadmap updates and integration capabilities. Collaborate with Marketing on partner campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Compliance, Contracts & Attribution
Coordinate with Legal/Finance on program compliance, commissions, MDF usage, SLAs, and data privacy. Maintain clean attribution, documentation, and audit trails in CRM and PRM systems.
  • Voice of Partner
Collect partner feedback and channel it into improvements across the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and partner-facing playbooks.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Special Skills

  • 8+ years in channel management, partner enablement, alliances operations, or integration partner roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience activating and growing adoption within partner ecosystems, not just recruiting partners.
  • Strong operational skill set - enablement, reporting, partner communications, QBRs, and cross functional execution.
  • Experience driving product adoption through integration partners or ISVs.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence; strong data driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce/HubSpot, partner portals/PRM, MDF workflows, and basic integration concepts (APIs, webhooks, SSO).
  • PreferredKnowledge and Experience
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or local healthcare provider ecosystem strongly preferred.
  • Experience with EOS/Traction framework.
  • Prior experience in implementations, solution consulting, or technical partnerships is a plus.
