Required Skills:
- Execute and QA standardized channel marketing campaigns, including email, web forms, and basic landing pages, based on approved requests and documented procedures.
- Configure and launch simple, pre-designed experiences using core tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Google Analytics tagging.
- Execute basic SQL queries and leverage platform segmentation tools to build and retrieve campaign audiences using clear, defined criteria.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere strictly to compliance, accessibility, and brand standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, metadata rules).
- Email: Assemble emails using approved templates within marketing automation platforms and configure simple, linear experience flows.
- Web: Build standard web components and content using Adobe CMS, following defined designs and UX templates.
- Support L3/L4 specialists with testing and troubleshooting of data connections, APIs, and configuration changes for integrated campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience using Litmus or Email on Acid for email rendering and link testing.
- Ability to execute pre-built SQL queries and perform basic audience segmentation.
- Strong experience working in Jira, Workfront, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for minor template adjustments.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
- Experience setting up and executing A/B tests within an ESP.
