MEDIAGENIX is currently looking for a Channel Marketing Lead!

Role overview 
You are responsible for developing and executing global channel marketing strategies and indirect channels. You combine strategic vision with operational excellence, managing campaigns, budgets, partner enablement, and brand governance across all markets. You lead a team and oversee external providers.   

Your Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning  
  • Design the global marketing plan and campaign calendar and manage the team delivers the plan   
  • Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and global performance tracking 
  • Develop corrective actions to maximize € per MQL 
  • Campaign & Program Execution 
  • Lead paid media initiatives, campaign orchestration, and cross-functional coordination with global teams. 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to prioritize content assets while ensuring delivery timelines are met. 
  • Oversee customer advocacy programs, including references, testimonials, and case studies. 
  • Articulate field and digital marketing teams with consistent and well-coordinated actions that drive impact. 
  • Partner Enablement & PR 
  • Develop and execute co-marketing programs with channel partners, ensuring alignment to brand and sales priorities. 
  • Manage the relationship with the PR agency and oversee press strategy to amplify brand presence in target markets. 
  • People Leadership 
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of marketing professionals and empower your team members by fostering ownership, accountability, and professional growth. 
  • Drive a diverse and inclusive culture that stimulates creativity, co-creation and collaboration across roles and geographies. 
  • Ensure team alignment with corporate strategy while enabling individual growth and contribution 
  • Analytics & Optimization 
  • Track and report on campaign performance, channelpartner engagement, and overall program effectiveness. 
  • Use data insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and optimize resource allocation. 

Your Skills & Experience

  • Relevant 5 to 7years marketing experience in B2B and software business domain  
  • Proven ability to review, fine-tune, and integrate deliverables from content creators and product teams into cohesive campaigns. 
  • Strong track record in paid media, global campaign orchestration, and multi-channel marketing execution. 
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a global channel marketing team 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level vision and detailed operational execution. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
  • Creative problem-solver who can prioritize and adapt in fast-paced environments. 
  • Relationship builder with negotiation and influencer skills.
