As Channel Management Senior IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing IT support and solutions to optimize operational efficiency and drive Channel growth within the Industrial Automation business unit. You will report directly to the Sr IT Director Commercial & Digital, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days from the office and 2 days from home).

- Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Develop strategies to implement automation and AI solutions that enhance operations.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the design and implementation of technology solutions that 'join the dots' between systems, data, and functional hand-offs.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process enhancements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business process improvement, automation, and AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with Marketing/Channel processes or technologies.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, E2Open is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in data visualization tools and software.
