About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and dynamic Channel Marketing Leader to join our team. The Channel Marketing Leader is responsible for identifying, creating, and implementing strategies to grow and optimize sales within existing channels. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, marketing acumen, and analytical skills to drive growth and profitability. This is a farming role, not hunting.

Responsibilities:

  • Channel Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel growth strategy that maximizes our reach and impact within existing channel partners.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on channel performance data, using this data to optimize and improve activations and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align channel growth strategies with overall business goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to leverage insights in channel growth strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budget for channel growth initiatives, ensuring a high return on investment.
  • Events: Manage Coro’s participation in key channel events with the objective of generating visibility within the channel’s customer base.


Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, specifically in Cybersecurity - required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Deep consultative and service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of the current marketing landscape and digital marketing channels.
  • Strong managerial skills and people skills.

Salary Range:

$130,000-$200,000 total compensation
