Overview
As a Channel Evolution Senior Specialist, you will play a relevant role within the Customer Value Management team at Sisal Italy, working as part of the Channel Evolution Team. You will be responsible for executing the touchpoint evolution strategy by assisting in feature development and prioritization, monitoring touchpoints’ performance and gathering user feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements, with the aim of enhancing player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
In this role, you will leverage behavioral data and identify market trends and opportunities of user experience opportunities.
What you’ll do:
Execute online touchpoint strategy aligned with business goals and strategic vision
Support prioritizing activities based on business value, user impact and technical feasibility, by conducting business impact analysis
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends
Monitor key metrics and behavioral data to evaluate channel/feature performances
Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation on all Sisal touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch features and deliver best in class experience on all Sisal touchpoints
Manage launch activities, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders, coordinating with CVM and Marketing teams for go-to-market activities, promotions and campaigns
Document user requirements, working together with the Demand and PMO team
What you’ll bring:
3+ years of experience in product development and data analysis
Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, customer journeys, and product development processes.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and extract insights, translating them into business recommendations.
Proficiency in interpreting customer needs and market trends, to identify new opportunities of touchpoints/functionalities evolution.
Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align diverse priorities
Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, customer journeys, and product development processes
Effective communication, with fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to interface confidently across teams and levels.
Hands-on experience with behavioural data and data analysis tools (Adobe Analytics, Qlik, …) and strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communicator, fluent in both Italian and English, with the ability to interface confidently across teams and levels.
Passion for the gaming industry, with a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
Experience with UAT, requirement gathering, and working closely with product/tech teams is a strong plus.
