THE ROLE: Marketing Retention Channel Manager
We’re looking for…
ShopSimon is looking for a collaborative and innovative Channel Content Marketing Manager who will own the overall strategy, day to day operation and deliverables of the email, SMS and push marketing channels. This role will work closely with cross- functional teams to develop and implement overall content and email marketing
strategy, drive subscriber growth and develop segmentation strategies and execution plans for each channel.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategy with focus on email channel
- Directly manage, operate and execute email, push and SMS campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing.
- Work closely with brand acquisition, merchandising and other marketing teams to identify our target campaign audience and grow the subscriber list
for email, push and SMS channels - Carry out segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies
- Plan and conduct AB testing on email and SMS channel to identify the best practice among target audience and align with industry best practices.
- Plan, manage and report the forecast of message volume and cadence, including monthly/weekly/daily forecasting.
- Analyze current email, push and SMS marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to coordinate appropriate campaign designs based on content channel.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, management information systems or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Marketing
- Retail/e-commerce experience required; fashion apparel industry experience preferred
- Experience with ESP (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Adobe or other solutions providing similar functions) focusing on email and SMS
- Demonstrated project management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong business acumen with understanding of online retail consumer behavior
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word &
PowerPoint). - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills is required.
- Ability to handle change, learn and keep abreast of new technology.
Expected Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000

Our goal is to support, reward and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus/commission, stock options, 401(k) participation, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
