The Role

Partnering on a Channel Marketing Executive role to support marketing campaigns and events across Italy. The role will be responsible for planning, designing, and producing both proprietary and third-party events, in-person and online, in Italy. You will maintain the annual events calendar, track budgets, and report event data regularly. Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and wider marketing team, you will propose effective approaches for events within wider marketing campaigns and support the campaign marketing manager.  This role will commence 1st October.

In this role you will:

  • Works under the general direction of the marketing manager on channel marketing plans, campaigns, initiatives.
  • Supports channel marketing plans and plays a leading role in smaller, less complex channel marketing initiatives.
  • Maintains a budgeting, forecasting for regular reporting
  • Support the channel marketing manager with events as part of wider campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences.
  • Maintain the annual events calendar including tracking budget and event data for regular reporting.
  • Ensure event themes, topics, and venues align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Attend events on-site, confidently managing logistics and coordinating support staff for larger events.
  • Promote events on digital platforms (website, social media) and analyse impact to refine targeting and registration strategies.

Skills and experience:

  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Previous events experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexible with work hours and willing to travel when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Cvent, Kaltura is a plus.
