Manage commercial relationships with channel partners to grow and retain revenue. Execute partner sales campaigns, forecast 90-day commitments, onboard and qualify new partners, cross-sell/upsell, maintain accurate Salesforce customer data, and meet sales targets and KPIs.

- Responsible for
the commercial relationship between PXC and your Partners.
- Foster and
build partnerships within each of your accounts
- Executing Sales
Campaigns within the Partner channel
- Retain &
build existing and new revenue streams, whilst exceeding your allocated
sales targets and achieving allocated KPI measures.
- Deliver
accurate weekly commitment forecasting based on partner opportunity for
rolling 90 day period.
- Building
effective internal relationships with colleagues
- Proactively
identify, qualify and secure new partners with no relationship with PXC
- Reply to
Partners within 24 hours.
- Cross-selling
and upselling
- Ensure partners
are aware of full product portfolio
- Responsible for
the accuracy of customer data in salesforce-ensuring our data is kept up
to date
Requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
with the ability to establish and build effective relationships at all
levels
- Strong organisation skills
with the ability to manage your time and prioritise your workload whilst
working at pace/working to deadlines
- Commercial acumen and
negotiation skills in order to maximise our opportunities
- The ability to think
creatively in order to provide solutions to our partners
- Strong communication skills
with the ability to present to all levels.
- An eye for detail to ensure
the accuracy of our customer data/accounts
Extra:
Prior experience of working in a sales
environment
· Knowledge or experience of the
telecommunications industry
· Degree (or equivalent) qualification in a
Business or marketing related subject
