The Role
Leads organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing change strategies that increase employee adoption, minimize resistance, and support on-time, on-budget project delivery. Responsibilities include assessing change readiness and impact, forecasting outcomes, identifying resistance risks, coordinating with project teams and managers, and supporting communications. The role also evaluates adoption, utilization, proficiency, and overall benefit realization across business processes, systems, technology, roles, and organizational structures.

The change manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Responsibilities
•   Leading of processes connected to change management
•   Preparation of forecasts, and evaluation of the actual impact of changes
•   Cooperation with respective project teams and further managers involved in the organisational change 
•   Identification of potential risks for resistance as well as development of plans to intervene
•   Evaluation and ensuring the readiness for change 
•   Support and management of the necessary communication activities related to the changes
Requirements
•   Degree in business/economics, management or other related fields
•   Practical experience in change management or similar positions is a plus 
•   Knowledge about and at best experience with project management
•   Ability to identify problems at an early stage and solve them effectively
•   Well-developed listening, communication and decision-making skills
•   Ability to influence people from different levels of the organisation

Skills Required

  • Degree in business, economics, management, or a related field
  • Practical experience in change management or similar positions
  • Knowledge of project management, ideally with practical experience
  • Ability to identify problems early and solve them effectively
