Based in either Edinburgh, UK, or Huntsville, Alabama, you will be the key team member responsible for undertaking and delivering the following:
- Working with the Project Manager to ensure smooth and effective transition to Business Central
- Liaising and communicating with external software partners
- Gathering requirements for system setup, including local government reporting
- Responsible for “translating” business requirements to the tech teams and finding solutions
- Implementation of training programs and training manuals
- Responsible for user adoption of the software and standardization within the system
- Ensuring reporting meets local and global business requirements
- Working with the local teams to ensure system is adequately set up, tested, and rolled out
- Design and execute strategies to facilitate employee adoption of the new system
Who are we looking for?
- Experience using Microsoft Business Central or similar system
- 8+ years’ experience in accounting and finance
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve objectives
- Experience training others in a finance environment
