Job Responsibilities:
What you can expect

• Responsible to support development and maintenance of supplier changes within the specified Product area
• Responsible for the presentation of the change for CCB approval
• Responsible for leading the changes within the specified Product area according to the Supplier Change management processes
• Oversee & coordinate status for all supplier changes within the specified Product area
• Measure defined KPI's with available tools & reports
• Contact to Project Change Leaders and Project managers within the specified Product area
• Interface to Component organization
• Interface to Purchasing organization
• Determine scope of change request, negotiate possible alternatives with internal & external participants, and manage details of change implementation.
• Coordinate activities of the specified product area and regional change leaders to implement the change for all affected customers.
• Use ECR process to manage/enforce the change for the specified Product area
• Present progress of change.
• Set priorities to implement Changes.
• Assists with coordinating activities of Component Engineering, Supplier Quality, Business Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and Plant Process Groups, when required.
• Leads change activities within the specified Product area, supports communication activities across all regions
• Provide management with a clear status of ongoing supplier changes within the specified Product area

What you'll bring

• BS Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred
• Preferred automotive experience
• Organizational skills, Open Minded approach, communication skills (internal/external/all levels/cultural awareness for regional support)
• Fluent in English
• Magna Standards
• Global networking & communication skills
• Problem solving & analysis tools (4M, Change Point Analysis, FMEA, 8D, COP/Quality testing, ...)
• Knowledge of global customer expectations & requirements to implement changes
• Cross functional knowledge (ENG//BU/PU/Q/Mfg./IE/LOG)
