We are seeking a Change & Communication Expert who collaborates effectively across functions and locations, quickly adapts to new environments, and drives engagement. This role sits within the ABS Capability Center, which supports ASML Business Services by standardizing, improving, and automating processes. You will contribute to a portfolio of business and IT solutions, bringing experience in large-scale, end‑to‑end transformation projects. The position will primarily support a global ERP program focused on Asia, along with other ABS/Finance-related change initiatives in the region.
Job DescriptionChange & Communications Expert is responsible for oversight of change management activities including creation and execution of a change plan across three areas.
Change & engagement - Identify and engage user stakeholders, assess change impact, create user journeys to support end-users through the change, create, and drive a change adoption plan, determine change readiness, and measure change adoption.
Communication - Create and execute a communication strategy, using different channels and forums such as e-mail, SharePoint, posters, banners, tv-screens, movies, etc.
Training - Perform learning needs analysis and determine learning strategy, create training materials, and facilitate user training.
Overall, coordinate with Asia/global change leaders aligning with Asia ERP change project plans, and manage change risks through effective interventions.
Education and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the area of change management, communication, and/or education
Functional knowledge of organizational change management
Experience with implementation of changes in a global environment with cross-cultural and fast-paced ( ERP related project is preferred)
Experience with setting up user journeys, adoption plans, change adoption survey and/or customer satisfaction surveys (Voice of the Customer)
Experience with diverse communication activities, generating communications with AI tooling
Fluent English speaking and writing. (Chinese is also a big plus)
