Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing a portfolio of medium/large projects which enhance Finance systems, processes and solutions across several lines of business (LOB) in compliance with applicable Enterprise and Chief Financial Officer Group policies. Key responsibilities include working closely with the LOB, Change Management, Technology and other partners to execute the project plan. Job expectations include performing day-to-day project activities and being actively involved in the execution of project deliverables.
The Project Manager will hold a key delivery role within a project workgroup focused on environmental metrics data collection, analysis and calculation. Key stakeholders will include members from Corporate Sustainability Controller, Global Technology and Data Management teams as well as third party vendor contacts. The project activities will include detailed analysis of a manual process (including evaluation of manual data inputs), followed by the design and delivery of a target state automated process for environmental metric calculations and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Executes project deliverables while working with various partners and user community
• Completes required documentation, business analysis, testing, and operational readiness activities within project timelines
• Identifies upstream and downstream impacts associated with project related changes and/or decisions
• Adheres to Chief Financial Officer Group's Change Management Governance and Control requirements

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of project management and business analysis experience
- Strong analytical and research skills

- Strong written and oral communication skills, presentation to senior leaders
- Collaborates; builds business relationships across workgroups to deliver consistent quality results
- Highly organized with strong project/time management skills
- Ability to balance intersecting priorities and to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced, ever changing, highly collaborative environment
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in Business, Finance , Accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of Environmental and Sustainability concepts and regulations
- Strong risk mindset with process and controls background; actively debate and escalate issues and concerns
- Experience with automation design and implementation
