In this role you'll
- Investigate credit and financial information for prospective and existing clients.
- Analyze financial statements for new, renewed, and existing loan relationships.
- Prepare spreadsheets, credit approval packages, summaries, and recommendations for complex commercial credits,
- including construction, lot/land acquisition, and land development loans.
- Independently assess complex credit relationships and develop credit proposals with minimal guidance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Community Financial Corporation credit-related matters.
- Maintain and oversee financial files to ensure accurate reporting, financial statements, and accounts receivable information.
- Monitor existing accounts and track payment performance.
- Assist with establishing and maintaining lien perfection for various forms of collateral.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable government regulations.
What we're looking for
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
- You have 4 or more years of related credit, banking, or financial analysis experience (Required).
- You have an equivalent combination of education and experience that may be considered in lieu of a degree.
