In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Responsible for answering and transferring incoming telephone calls.
- Responsible for greeting lobby customers, answering questions, and directing to appropriate department.
- Responsible for providing administrative services to division management and business function.
- Responsible for providing support to function staff.
- Coordinate, distribute, and respond to electronic correspondence.
- Assist in providing customer account information on the phone.
- Responsible for participating in special projects as assigned by division management.
- Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Education & Certifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Experience
- four or more years of related administrative support experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Possess strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Possess strong ability to analyze data and define business issues.
- Ability to understand and carry out assigned duties effectively.
- Knowledge of office routines and elementary accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to commercial banking.

Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted starting compensation range is based on location and experience: $27.09 - $31.87
- Incentive and commission compensation may be awarded for eligible roles
