Compensation: $20-$23/hr
Location: Primarily remote, with 1-2 days per week at our downtown Austin, TX office.
The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and a global leader in anti-fraud training and certification.
In this role, you will support the administration of the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Credential Program by reviewing applications, verifying certification requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to candidates and members throughout the certification process.
Essential Functions:
- Reviews and processes CFE Exam Applications, ensuring the accuracy of applicant information and the completion of all necessary criteria.
- Runs reports and analyzes data to determine application and applicant needs depending on what stage of the certification process they are in.
- Communicates with association members to provide customer support, inform them of program requirements or issues with their applications, and answer certification program-related inquiries.
- Processes certificate orders and program verification letter requests as needed.
- Conducts quality assurance on other team members’ work and performs exam application audits as needed.
- Detects anomalies in applicant data and escalates any suspected misconduct to management and the Exam Integrity Team for review.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Shipping and Member Services, to meet customer needs and resolve customer issues.
- Updates Standard Operating Procedures and ensures that all program documentation related to the role’s responsibilities are accurate and up to date.
- Performs other duties as requested or required.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service and data entry/processing experience. Four years of High School resulting in a diploma or GED required; BA/BS degree a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills and the ability to successfully identify and address customer needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Skilled in collaborating with internal and external resources.
- Proven skills in organizing work, taking direction, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Salesforce and a working knowledge of other reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports.
