What Will You Do?
- Direct interaction with all phases of the ceramic manufacturing process including batch mixing, spray drying, ISO Pressing, green machining, kiln operations and shipping/receiving.
- Must be detail oriented, mechanically inclined, able to lift 25-50lbs routinely, safe working around chemicals and focused on safety.
- Must be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
- Establish competence in troubleshooting problems on new and existing equipment to include but not limited to PLC-controlled processing equipment.
- Follow process instructions.
- All other projects and duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma.
- 5 – 7 years experience in a complex production/manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work with, and as a member of work teams
- PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial manufacturing, including mechanical assembly and hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of ceramic manufacturing a plus.
