CEO Office (CEOO) for the region driving and following up on critical initiatives and actions on behalf of Region CEO
- Define, implement and track the progress of the Masterplan measures in the region, including the relevant set of KPI’s for all functions, following global standards.
- Project Management for key projects and initiatives that are critical to the company’s strategic goals, ensuring they stay on track and meet objectives.
- Lead/Support Strategic Initiatives and assist the AP CEO in developing, implementing, and monitoring the region’s strategic plan.
- Gather, analyze, and present data and reporting to assist the CEO in making informed decisions.
- Drive governance and performance in the region.
- Organize executive meetings and prepare materials for leadership meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations. Ensure the CEO is briefed on all relevant topics.
- People & Culture: Assist the region in fostering a strong organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and strategic goals.
- Support Regional CEO in any ad-hoc requests for the business.
- At least, 5+ years of experience in the wind industry, preferably in ON and/or SE, working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Advanced planning and stakeholder management skills with proven track record. Project management certification is an advantage as well as MBA or EMBA.
- Experience in team leadership preferred.
- Ownership, structured, analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and internal negotiation skills
- Team player with a can-do attitude and high degree of results orientation.
- Fluency in English
