This is an Executive position with high autonomy, where you will own the business end-to-end — from product direction to market expansion.

CUSTOMER
GeekPay is an innovative B2B FinTech company developing secure, scalable crypto payment infrastructure for global contractor payouts. The platform enables businesses to process payments in cryptocurrency (including stablecoins) with high operational reliability, compliance-ready reporting, and reduced administrative overhead. GeekPay’s mission is to make cross-border payments faster, safer, and more transparent for distributed teams worldwide.

PROJECT
GeekPay is a turnkey platform designed for batch-paying contractors in crypto, including stablecoins, with built-in tracking, verification, and reporting. It addresses common industry pain points such as network mismatches, lost access, manual reconciliations, and audit complexity.

The product has already processed over $1.5M in total payroll for live customers and is now entering a scaling phase focused on:

  • Faster onboarding
  • More network integrations
  • Strategic partnerships to drive high-volume usage

Job Description

  • Own the business end to end: strategy, product direction, go-to-market, team, and results
  • Turn existing traction into repeatable, scalable growth on new markets & clients
  • Build and lead a strong team with clear ownership and decision-making
  • Leverage Sigma Software Group’s ecosystem to the fullest – technical teams, product/design, security/DevOps, legal, finance, partners, and client network
  • Be accountable for key business outcomes and performance
  • Represent the company with credible storytelling, strong PR presence, and relationship-building with customers, partners, and investors

  • Proven scaler who has taken a product business beyond early traction
  • Strong GTM visionary who can build sales, partnerships, and a repeatable growth engine
  • The commercial and financial owner is confident in unit economics and hard trade-offs

  • Executive communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Advanced level of English
