YOUR MISSION

  • We are looking for a CEO Assistant - a strategic partner for Silver (CEO), someone who can bring their expertise in a specific field (e.g., Product, Investment, Strategy, Portfolio Management) to support key initiatives, provide insights, and enhance decision-making at the CEO level.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Strategic Support:
  • + Act as a thought partner for the CEO in decision-making related to your domain expertise (Product, Investment, Strategy, etc.).
  • + Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to provide insights for the CEO.
  • + Support in evaluating new opportunities, partnerships, or investment projects.
  • Project Leadership & Follow-up
  • + Drive and follow up on cross-functional projects initiated or sponsored by the CEO.
  • + Work with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and execution.
  • + Provide timely updates, progress tracking, and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Communication & Preparation
  • + Prepare materials (reports, decks, analysis) for CEO’s internal and external meetings.
  • + Summarize key insights from meetings, consolidate feedback, and provide recommendations.
  • + Represent the CEO in selected discussions when delegated.
  • + Take ownership of tasks beyond your expertise when necessary to maximize CEO’s impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or relevant fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in at least one of these domains: Product Management, Investment/VC/PE, Strategy Consulting, Portfolio Management, Corporate Development.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to conduct research, financial/business analysis, and market assessment.
  • Project management experience: proven ability to coordinate across teams and drive initiatives.
  • Excellent communication in English (written & verbal), capable of working with senior stakeholders.
  • High adaptability, ownership mindset, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in tech, gaming, or startup environments.
  • Passion for game and music.
