Join GenesisCare UK as Centre Leader and take on a pivotal leadership role within our specialist centre within the Cromwell Hospital in Kensington. As Centre Leader, you will be the senior manager responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and governance of the centre including acting as the CQC Registered Manager. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a multidisciplinary clinical environment while making a meaningful difference to the lives of people with cancer.

The Role:

As Centre Leader, you will manage the full operations of the cancer care centre, combining strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to ensure the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of patient care. You will be the most senior manager on site, accountable for all aspects of service delivery, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and performance both clinical and financial.

This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone with strong healthcare management experience and a passion for service excellence. You will also be the CQC Registered Manager for the site, ensuring that we meet and exceed all regulatory and governance requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the overall management, leadership, and operational performance of the centre.
• Be the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide visible, values-driven leadership to clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and exceptional patient experience.
• Manage consultant relationships, both existing and new, ensuring positive engagement and collaboration.
• Support the creation and delivery of the centre’s annual budget and be accountable for financial performance and P&L delivery.
• Use data and performance metrics to drive quality, efficiency, and team accountability.
• Collaborate with the Market Development Manager to drive local referral growth through market insight and strategic partnerships.
• Lead and support local implementation of GenesisCare’s governance and clinical audit programmes.
• Ensure strong team engagement through effective communication, leadership, and development planning.

What You'll Have:

Experience and skills:

• Proven experience managing a healthcare facility (hospital, clinic, or similar), ideally within the private healthcare sector.
• Demonstrable experience as a CQC Registered Manager or in a regulated healthcare leadership position.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of successful P&L delivery.
• Strong leadership background with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for delivering service excellence and high-quality patient care.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with clinicians and stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making style.
• Highly organised, resilient, and solutions focused.
• Experience in growing services and contributing to business development strategies.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Degree-level education with a business-related management qualification.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and leadership growth.
