Description

The Central Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and accurately scheduling appointments in the electronic health records (EHR) for outpatient services including, but not limited to, Ambulatory Care, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation services.  The Central Scheduler will provide high quality customer service to all patients, families, providers, customers and ancillary departments. 

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Experience interacting with the public and providing customer focused service is essential. Intermediate proficiency in computer related skills required. 

Strong analytical and statistical skills; demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills;

Ability to positively participate in project management and process improvement activities;

Strong verbal and written communication skills that promote understanding with target audience;
