We are seeking an experienced Central Invoice Management (CIM) Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate has 2+ full-cycle Public Cloud implementations, strong configuration capabilities, and proven experience delivering automated, scalable invoice processing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute all Central Invoice Management configuration activities for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
Configure invoice processing workflows, approval rules, document routing, exception handling, and automation settings.
Set up and optimize OCR-based invoice capture and automatic invoice upload from a dedicated email domain.
Design and support integrations between CIM and core S/4HANA modules including AP, Procurement, and Finance.
Collaborate with FICO, SD, Procurement, and technical teams.
Enable and configure the OCM (Operational Compliance Management) capabilities related to invoice validation, compliance checks, and audit/traceability.
Support testing cycles, master data alignment, cutover planning, and production readiness.
Provide best-practice guidance on invoice automation, compliance, and fit-to-standard deployment for Public Cloud.
Support go-live and hypercare to stabilize invoice management operations.
Required Qualifications
2+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations (mandatory).
Hands-on experience configuring Central Invoice Management and end-to-end AP invoice processing.
Proven experience with:
Automatic invoice ingestion from dedicated email domains
OCR-based invoice capture
OCM (Operational Compliance Management) for invoice validation and compliance
Strong understanding of invoice automation, document workflows, and exception management.
Ability to translate functional requirements into practical, scalable CIM configuration.
Excellent communication skills and experience leading client-facing workshops.
Familiarity with SAP Activate and Public Cloud fit-to-standard methodology.
