Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Academic Leadership & Curriculum Oversight
  • Design and standardise Pre-Primary curriculum aligned with ICSE philosophy and NEP guidelines.
  • Ensure uniform lesson planning, yearly planners, and assessment formats across campuses.
  • Review and approve teaching-learning materials.
  • Introduce innovative early years pedagogies (play-based learning, experiential learning, phonics-based literacy).
2️⃣ Quality Assurance & Monitoring
  • Conduct regular academic audits across campuses.
  • Observe classroom teaching and provide structured feedback.
  • Ensure age-appropriate learning outcomes and child development benchmarks.
  • Monitor assessment quality and reporting standards.

3️⃣ Teacher Training & Capacity Building
  • Conduct induction programs for new Pre-Primary teachers.
  • Design and deliver periodic training workshops (classroom management, phonics, numeracy, child psychology).
  • Mentor Pre-Primary Coordinators at each campus.
  • Develop teacher performance evaluation frameworks.

4️⃣ Standardisation Across Campuses
  • Ensure uniform policies, formats, and communication templates.
  • Standardise worksheets, activity banks, event calendars.
  • Align event celebrations, annual day themes, and learning exhibitions.


5️⃣ Parent Engagement & Communication
  • Guide campuses on parent orientation programs.
  • Develop structured parent communication guidelines.
  • Support resolution of academic concerns related to Pre-Primary.


6️⃣ Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure adherence to ICSE norms and school policies.
  • Maintain documentation related to curriculum and academic planning.
  • Support inspections and accreditation processes.


7️⃣ Strategic Planning & Expansion
  • Support new campus setup for Pre-Primary section.
  • Assist in infrastructure planning (classroom setup, learning corners, material selection).
  • Drive enrollment growth through strong academic positioning.
