The Celonis Expert is responsible for implementing and supporting Process Mining solutions within customer environments. This role involves data extraction, analysis, and the development of action flows based on business requirements. The position requires collaboration with customers to understand their needs and provide consultative support for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Process Mining solutions in customer environments.
• Extract, process, and analyze data from various sources to support business insights.
• Design and build action flows aligned with customer specifications and process improvement goals.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and propose automation solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance during solution implementation.
• Work partially as a Data Engineer / Developer to design and implement data pipelines, transform raw data, and develop custom scripts or automations supporting process mining use cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to consult with customers.
• Willingness to learn and work in an automation-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Celonis applications

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for data processing or automation.
• Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft operating systems.
• PQL (Process Query Language) used in Celonis
