Harman is looking to hire Celonis professionals at the level of a Team Lead with strong Celonis knowledge and the ability to independently connect to various source systems, build data models, perform extractions, and write transformation scripts.
Role and Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of overall IT experience in process mining space, at least 3+ years in Celonis
- Experience in OCPM, SQL, ETL, API, Celonis, PQL and Data modelling
- Experience in completing more that 2 to 3 projects as a Data Engineer
- Understand the Process Mining solution offered by Celonis and its existing capabilities.
- Capable of building KPIs to highlight the use-case specific to processes and client requirement.
- Hands on experience on building Analysis dashboard & Execution App.
- Hands on experience in different component of Celonis like - Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Model, simulation and data explorer.
- Capable of identifying and building Execution Gap use cases.
- Should have good analytical skills.
- Should understand and implement client requirements.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Should be able to create connections using existing connectors.
- Should know how to make API Calls.
- Should be able to establish an end-to-end live connectivity on premise as well as cloud and custom connectors.
- Should be able to write complex SQL & PQL queries.
- Should be able to implement Multi Event Log in custom projects.
- Good to have knowledge about OCPM
- Understanding of any of the process flows will be good - P2P, O2C, R2R
- Experience in implementing OCPM
Major accountabilities:
- Work with Business Owners to understand business needs and define use cases
- Work with IT System Owners to extract required data sources into Celonis, do not use EMS store connectors
- Design and build data transformations and data models to support analysis/use cases
- Provide recommendations to business owners on how best to meet needs
- Provide recommendations on performance improvement
- Perform exploratory data analysis to help businesses find ways to see value from the analysis
- Keep required documentation up to date and maintain version control
- Validation of final analysis before moving into business view
- Work with and assist other members of the team to deliver promptly with high quality
- Be part of the sprint and follow agile methodology for project and change management
- Help define and maintain best practices and implement the best-in-class solution
