Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Azure Cloud Operations Engineer to join a dynamic and collaborative team. Responsibilities:
- Administer and operate Azure infrastructure and platform services;
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure virtual machines, networking, storage, and platform resources;
- Execute provisioning, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and lifecycle management activities;
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues within agreed service levels;
- Support the implementation of cloud architecture standards and best practices;
- Monitor Azure environments and proactively address reliability, availability, and performance issues;
- Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual operational effort and improve efficiency;
- Support capacity management and resource optimization activities;
- Maintain operational documentation, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles;
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, database, and application teams to ensure service continuity.
- Microsoft Azure technologies, including Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Platform Services;
- Infrastructure Administration: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and related services;
- Patching, server lifecycle management, and infrastructure troubleshooting;
- Monitoring tools, alert management, and operational support activities;
- Incident investigation, problem analysis, and resolution;
- Capacity planning, performance monitoring, and resource optimization;
- Automation and scripting using PowerShell and Azure CLI;
- Knowledge of operational procedures, runbooks, change management processes, and documentation best practices.
Skills Required
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, including Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, and Platform Services
- Infrastructure administration experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and related services
- Knowledge of patching, server lifecycle management, and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Experience with monitoring tools, alert management, and operational support activities
- Incident investigation, problem analysis, and resolution skills
- Knowledge of capacity planning, performance monitoring, and resource optimization
- Automation and scripting experience using PowerShell and Azure CLI
- Knowledge of operational procedures, runbooks, change management, and documentation best practices
