We are now looking for a Floating Chef de Partie to join our team on a full-time basis, working across both of our London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants. This role plays a key part in maintaining standards, supporting smooth service across both sites, and helping us prepare for continued growth and future openings.

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality, high-volume kitchen
Confidence working across different sections and supporting multiple teams
Strong consistency, organisation, and attention to detail under pressure
A genuine passion for seasonal cooking and bold flavours
A flexible, hands-on team player with strong communication skills
Willingness to work across both London Bridge and Farringdon restaurants

What We Do
Humble Grape operates neighbourhood wine bars, kitchens, shops, and restaurants across London. The company offers a curated selection of organic, biodynamic, and low-intervention wines from independent sustainable winemakers, alongside food, wine tastings, private dining, events, online wine sales, and subscription-based wine clubs. Its venues combine hospitality with specialist wine retail and educational experiences for consumers and groups.
