About the Role:
Annalect is the data, technology, and analytics division of Omnicom. We help CMOs and their teams harness data, technology, and advanced analytics to grow their brands. We have built a variety of innovative product and specialist service solutions for clients and agency partners.
We build and maintain the Omni platform which gives agency and client teams access to these capabilities as well as the ability to integrate and combine their own data and technology with Omni. Omni has over 20,000 active users and is recognized in the industry as a leading marketing platform. We continuously innovate the platform to ensure our clients stay ahead of their competitors in data driven marketing.
Our team of Annalectuals is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe, supported by global and regional team hubs in NY, London, and Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional relationships clients led from London, as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.
TEAM RESPONSIBLITIES:
Technology Services and Omni Customisation is an SME team that provides deep expertise in data and martech strategy and platforms. It provides technology implementation services including customisation of the Omni platform for clients and their agencies.
Specific responsibilities of the team are to deliver data and technology strategy, technical architecture and implementation planning, mar-tech consulting and platform management, including cleanrooms, DMPs, CDPs, CMPs and other cloud-based marketing infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
- Help our clients work with and activate their consumer data to achieve goals such as customer engagement and revenue targets through better use of martech
- Lead the CDP segmentation and activation team to deliver all in-platform CDP operations for a large global client
- Be the SME on all topics related to the TreasureData platform, features and usage, both in an advisory and delivery capacity
- Be a part of technical workstreams on our projects throughout the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, and launch, with on- and off-shore development teams
- Own key client relationships, for example with client architects
- Present and communicate to people unfamiliar with the Digital Data space and CDPs, including the advantages and caveats of solutions
- Collaborate with other delivery teams to ensure an integrated service to the client
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on martech expert with deep experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), particularly TreasureData, and a strong understanding of how to use first-party data to drive marketing outcomes. They are both technically proficient and client-facing, capable of leading delivery teams while engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, including client architects and business leads.
They bring a proven track record of designing and implementing data-driven marketing solutions across complex martech ecosystems, including segmentation, activation, and integration of platforms like DMPs, CMPs, and cloud-based data infrastructure. With excellent communication skills, they can translate technical concepts into actionable business insights and are comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
This individual thrives in fast-paced environments, is experienced working across the full project lifecycle, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams onshore and offshore. They are solution-oriented, commercially aware, and passionate about helping clients unlock the value of their consumer data.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
