On Site CDL Training Program
- Paid training while you work towards obtaining your CDL license
- Proven company led instruction providing you a path to obtain your CDL license with 10 weeks.
- On site instructor for training and questions
- Company vehicle provided for testing with an independent CDL instructor
Delivery Driver Job Description
- Responsible for make multiple delivery stops to different customer locations within a 100 miles of warehouse location throughout the shift
- Physically unloading items off a truck for each customer
- 20-30 stops per day.
- 400-600 units per truck possible
- 160 lbs. maximum weight
- Regular lifting, pushing, and pulling of items throughout the day.
- Merchandise, stock, rotate products, and build displays in customer accounts.
- Building positive relationships with our customers

Pay Structure:
- $20.00 per hr. starting wage.
- $22.00 per hour wage once candidate obtains their CDL license
- $24.00 per hour when assigned a daily delivery route
- $1500 Summer Bonus
- NEW FOR 2025! - Up to $2400 per year in monthly performance pay once assigned a route
- Seasonal overtime
Education and Experience Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver License
- Previous customer service or stocking experience preferred
- Adept at using a smart phone
