We run clean, 100% no-touch dry van freight across consistent multi-state lanes, primarily Midwest-focused. Our operation is built OTR-first, with regional opportunities available when freight allows. We keep freight simple and structured: • 53’ dry van only • No hazmat • No tanker • No waste hauling • No mixed freight divisions Our equipment consists of newer 2023+ automatic trucks with modern, driver-ready setups designed for long-haul comfort. Exact in-cab specifications are reviewed directly with recruiting so drivers know what they’re being assigned before orientation. Home time is typically every other week and is discussed clearly up front. We focus on realistic scheduling and do not oversell what we cannot consistently deliver. Pay is structured and paid on time. Detention, layover, and extra stop pay are part of the overall pay system, with details explained clearly before drivers are seated. Company drivers and owner-operators are both welcome. Owner-operators bring their own equipment and receive: • Transparent rate confirmations • Fuel discount programs • Plate and IFTA support • No lease-purchase programs Our hiring process is straightforward: Send your resume or speak directly with a recruiter to review current openings, complete onboarding and in-person orientation, and get seated without unnecessary delays.
