With continued growth, we are seeking motivated, energetic, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our award-winning team in Bristol.

What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while creating a comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable purchase experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome customers and build strong relationships through exceptional service
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate key features, technology, and safety systems
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
- Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle performance and capabilities
- Guide customers through the purchase and delivery process
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, financing options, and market trends
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer communications
- Work collaboratively with sales management, finance, and service teams to exceed customer expectations
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and other scheduled dealership hours
