This is a fixed-term position (6 months), based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The position
As CDC Intern, you will act as a motivated and highly engaged member of the Clinical Development Centre (CDC) Team. You will be supporting clinical material management processes and monitoring all related processes.
Other responsibilities will be:
• Performing eTMF recording and archiving - Timely uploading of trial documents to the eTMF system and carrying out compliance checks
• Supporting and tracking trial-related payments (e.g. investigator fees), including invoice processing in the finance department
• Supporting financial and contract processes within the scope of the clinical research department
• Organizing the office archive together with the clinical team
You will be working at least 3 days per week with flexibility to accommodate studies and exams.
Qualifications
You are a university student on the 3rd or 4th year in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy etc. ) or newly graduated from a distinguished university. You should have excellent command over both written and spoken Turkish and English. Further, we value:

About the Department
Clinical Development Centre Turkey is responsible for all clinical operations activities within Türkiye and project management of clinical studies conducted in Ukraine, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, and Morocco. The team consists of more than 64 employees as TAs team members, Clinical Operations Excellence team members and start up team members
