As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for France at Honeywell Technologies, you will be responsible for a multifaceted role that combines the responsibilities of a Chief Strategy Officer, Business Development, and Business Operations. You will report directly to Honeywell Technologies President for Europe.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:

Strategic Leadership:
- Define and evolve the strategic direction for Honeywell in France, both individually and collectively with business leaders.

- Stay abreast of disruptive technologies and emerging trends, integrating innovation seamlessly into strategic plans.
Commercial Excellence:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to effectively evaluate sales performance, demand generation, and marketing ROI.
- Drive integrated planning and execution in the country for high-growth verticals: Lifesciences, Hospitality, Datacenter, Clean Energy and Defense.
- Evaluate channel coverage & strategies to drive incremental revenue.
- Take charge of driving excellence in strategic account management and growth, fostering a One-Honeywell approach across business teams.
Offering Excellence & Innovation:
- Influence the development and deployment of compelling value propositions, offering roadmaps, and connected solutions tailored to key customers and the French market.
- Collaborate closely with Chief Technology Officers to ensure successful new product introductions and optimize product lifecycle management as it relates to France.
Demand Generation, Marketing & Government Relations:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
- 15+ years of experience in a combination of General Management, Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development.
- Fluent in French and English

- Strong background in B2B environments, including software, technology, energy/sustainability, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries.
