As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for France at Honeywell Technologies, you will be responsible for a multifaceted role that combines the responsibilities of a Chief Strategy Officer, Business Development, and Business Operations. Responsibilities

In this role, you will: 

  • Define and evolve the strategic direction for Honeywell in France, both individually and collectively with business leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives, prioritize growth areas, and spearhead expansion into new markets. 
  • Stay abreast of disruptive technologies and emerging trends, integrating innovation seamlessly into strategic plans. 
  • Entrusted with owning Honeywell's relationship with strategic accounts in France, driving revenue growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring commercial excellence.
  • Be the face of Honeywell Technologies in France for key clients, Government, Industry Associations.
  • Work towards employee engagement and inclusion of all future shapers in France working with regional and business group HR teams

Primary Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership: 

  • Define and evolve the strategic direction for Honeywell in France, both individually and collectively with business leaders. 
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives, prioritize growth areas, and spearhead expansion into new markets. 
  • Stay abreast of disruptive technologies and emerging trends, integrating innovation seamlessly into strategic plans. 

Commercial Excellence: 

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to effectively evaluate sales performance, demand generation, and marketing ROI. 
  • Drive integrated planning and execution in the country for high-growth verticals: Lifesciences, Hospitality, Datacenter, Clean Energy and Defense. 
  • Evaluate channel coverage & strategies to drive incremental revenue. 
  • Take charge of driving excellence in strategic account management and growth, fostering a One-Honeywell approach across business teams. 

Offering Excellence & Innovation: 

  • Influence the development and deployment of compelling value propositions, offering roadmaps, and connected solutions tailored to key customers and the French market.
  • Collaborate closely with Chief Technology Officers to ensure successful new product introductions and optimize product lifecycle management as it relates to France. 

Demand Generation, Marketing & Government Relations: 

  • Drive strategic demand generation initiatives, develop robust ROI models for marketing investments, and facilitate sustained pipeline growth.
  • Oversee digital customer marketing efforts and implement effective go-to-market plans to maximize market penetration. 
  • Drive Honeywell’s engagement with industry associations and government 

Employee Engagement

Drive activities to engage French based employees increasing retention

  • Initiate activities to improve Honeywell Technologies attractiveness as an employer 
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business. 
  • 15+ years of experience in a combination of General Management, Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development.
  • Fluent in French and English

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at varying levels across the organization. 
  • Strong background in B2B environments, including software, technology, energy/sustainability, manufacturing, or telecommunications industries. 
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and successful product introductions. 
  • Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, and in-house corporate development roles. 
  • Geographical mobility to be based in Paris. 
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
